Why a newcomer service, specifically
Luxe Newcomer Locating is the relocation-focused practice of Luxe Apartment Locating Group, working under our sponsoring brokerage as Texas law requires. We serve one kind of renter: the person moving to San Antonio from somewhere else — the cost-of-living mover trading a coastal rent for Texas math, the remote worker who can finally pick a city on purpose, the household relocating for a job with six weeks’ notice and zero local knowledge. Locals have friends, favorite taco spots, and a mental map. You have a listing site and a plane ticket. That gap is our entire job.
The process runs orientation-first because the expensive mistakes here are geographic, not aesthetic. San Antonio spreads across roughly 500 square miles, and the daily life it offers in the walkable Pearl-Southtown band, on the new-build far West Side, and along the 281 corridor past Loop 1604 are three genuinely different lives at three different price shapes. So before any floor plan appears, we map your work, commute tolerance, and habits onto the metro’s actual geography. Then we verify: current rent and every mandatory fee confirmed in writing with each property, and video walkthroughs of the exact unit — recorded, so a decision made from another time zone is made on evidence.

Second, the limits: we never declare anyone approved or ineligible, because screening decisions belong to each community, and we’ll flag any concern for a licensed human conversation rather than let software guess at your file.
