What we collect. Only what you send us through the contact form or by email or phone — your name, contact details, and whatever you choose to tell us.
Why we hold it. To respond to your inquiry and to run your apartment search. Nothing else.
Who we share it with. Only the apartment communities you ask us to contact on your behalf, and only what a guest card requires. We do not sell, rent, or trade inquiry information.
What we never collect here. No Social Security numbers, bank credentials, or driver-licence numbers through this site, chat, or email. Communities collect application data through their own secure portals.
Analytics. This site runs no third-party advertising or tracking scripts.
Removal. To have your inquiry information deleted, email hello@luxelocating.com.
